Damn bored at work. Had another incident just now. Was packing the leather products when Weiqin told me some guy open the showcase. So obviously I rushed up to tell the guy that the showcase can't be opened without assistance. Normal people would apologise and let us handle the products. But this guy had the freaking nerve to nod and continue touching and handling the products like he owned the place. Wth? Seriously, the audacity of people. I have the feeling he's rich, thereby 'giving' them the right to act like they're above everyone else. Man, I really hate arrogant people. They disgust me to the core. Doesn't matter if you're smarter or richer than the average person, it does NOT give you the freaking right to look down on them. Sheesh. Grow some humility man.

Time to blog about Australia, since I did most of my stuff already. Pictures will be uploaded after I get them out from my cam, but first I need to buy a memory card reader. Z

Thursday, 1st Apr
Iggy and Ten came by to send us off with Ben chionging down from camp. :)
Flew off at 9.10pm, we went in when the gate was closing. Scary sia, and super rush. Stupid gate so far away from the entrance some more. Was running like mad.

Friday, 2nd Apr
We arrived at 6.20am in Brisbane. Collected luggage and waited for Dad outside the airport. He was late!!! LOL, he said he overslept hahaha. Drove to Toowoomba (where he stays) and ate Hungry Jack's on the way there. It's like Burger King, but better. Lol. Played Wii and slept at 12+pm (their time, 2 hours ahead of us) till 5pm. Played more Wii at night. Hilarious stuff.

Saturday, 3rd Apr
Woke up around 12 and ate Burger Works for lunch at some cafe. Yum! But it was huge. Went to Clifford Garden to shop and bought some clothes there for $25. Weee! Played Mahjong at night. Losing spree man. I have no luck when playing with the family. Hais.

Sunday, 4th Apr
Stayed at home all day. Read a book and noticed an abrasion like thing near inner corner of my left eye.

Monday, 5th Apr
The abrasion like thing became inflamed and there was a blister there. Eye was bloodshot. Zz went shopping anyway but didn't buy much.

Tuesday, 6th Apr
Eye got worse, a bit swollen. Went to the pharmacy to get medicine. Some ointment for rashes. Continued shopping. Loot for the day: Mascara, hoodie, shawl, havaianas, camera, scrapbooking stuff. :D

Wednesday, 7th Apr
Eye looked alot worse and was swollen shut. Was supposed to go on road trip but it got postponed 'cause it was so hard to get an appointment to see the doctor. Totally inefficient. -_- Finally got an appointment for 5pm. Went home to rest after some lunch. Went back to see the doctor (GP), said it's an infection and scheduled a review for Friday to check if it's improving. If not, need to go to the hospital. Prescribed antibiotics & eyedrops. #%^&

Thursday, 8th Apr
Went out to see some sunflower patch with sunflowers as big as your head. O_O Ultimate failure, the sunflowers were dying, but still pretty. Got a headache and eye is still getting worse. Felt uncomfortable the whole day.

Friday, 9th Apr
Got referred to the hospital. Zzz and when I got there, the nurse told us she suspected Shingles. Even a nurse can tell, like wtf? And the GP was going all "Oh, it's definitely an infection." -_- Doctor confirmed it's Shingles, and did a test just to double check. Prescribed an ointment for the eye 'cause the virus is in the eye and might cause scarring, so the ointment is to prevent the scarring. Got stronger panadol for the headache too. Apparently the virus is attacking the nerve in my head which is causing the headache. Review on Tuesday after 8pm.

Saturday, 10th Apr
Got fever in the morning. 38degrees. Took panadol and went back to sleep. Parents went out to hunt for Leng Yang. Couldn't find any nearby so they decided to travel to Gold Coast to continue the search. 2 hour drive there. Decided to stay over there for 2 days. Found the Leng Yang at Chinatown. Walked down Gold Coast to search for dinner then went to sleep at 11+pm. Took pretty picture of the coast from the hotel.

Sunday, 11th Apr
Went shopping at Robina. Bought more stuff and eye feels better after the Leng Yang and ointment. Bought pizza for dinner and me and my mum walked along the beach back to the hotel while the guys went fishing. Very nice sand, so fine and soft. Love!

Monday, 12th Apr
Back to Toowoomba but drove to Hyperdome first. Saw a pet store there. Uber cool, but no hamsters lol. Bought more scrapbook stuff. Drank Jamaica Blue coffee. Seriously YUM.

Tuesday, 13th Apr
Went to Garden Town to get more scrapbook stuff. Yes, my mum and I are addicted. LOL, it is cheap! Played Mahjong after that. Went to see the doctor after 8pm and he said the virus in the eye is gone and I'm on my way to recovery. :D Went to Angel Cafe after that for very yummy cake and fries. Then home for more Mahjong.

Wednesday, 14th Apr
Packed up and drove to Brisbane to stay for the rest of our vacation. Went to Lone Pine Sanctuary on the way there. It's a zoo for koalas. SUPER SUPER cute. Took loads of pics of them and the kangeroos. All in camera. Pfft. Dumb camera doesn't come with a cable. Like wth? Anyway, checked in at Kangeroo Point Apartments. It's smaller than the other hotel we stayed in Gold Coast. Went to Coffee Club for dinner. No lamb shanks. :(

Thursday, 15th Apr
Went to some mall in Brisbane with ridiculously expensive parking rates. $36 when we went off. Bought a puzzle, Texas Hold'em set (which the shop also sells LOL) and a card shuffler (which the shop just brought in, double LOL). Ate sushi for a... late lunch/early dinner thing, and the sushi was yummmmmy. Bought Krispy Kreme (OWN) for supper. Went to Queen St. which is like Orchard Road. Walked down the stores and look around. Really very busy place. Went back to the hotel and played Texas Hold'em and Gin Rummy while enjoying donuts. :D

Friday, 16th Apr
Went to some Farmer's Market in the morning. Had a spicy chicken wrap for lunch, very delicious, though ex. Went fishing at a place named Eco Park. FUN! Had fun outwitting the fish (some were really smart) and actually catching fish for the first time. Try doing that in Singapore. Ate at Coffee Club again for dinner. Finally I get to try the lamb shanks. Not all that fantastic, but better than Singapore's. Played Texas Hold'em and Gin Rummy at night again.

Saturday, 17th Apr
Packed in the morning and drove to the airport. Ate Subway there, very very ex. Reached Singapore after an 8 hour flight. Reached home around 9+ near 10 and had a massive cockroach killing spree. 9!!! Scary man. Cockroach epidemic in the house. Agh.


End of Australia trip. Went for accupuncture twice since I came back to treat the headache. Ugh, I hate needles. And my hamster gave birth. SHOCKER TO THE MAX. Finally got a break after some semi-hectic week.

Alot has been going on lately. Since I got back, unpacked and stuff. Slacked abit, caught up on stuff, did abit of scrapbooking, and started work. On the day I started work, Dash gave birth. Was like wtf?! She's supposed to be a male!!!! But anyway, there's 5 babies and they're 4 days old. All are still surviving. Just found a baby with only 3 claws though :/ Hais. But other than that, they're really cute. Especially when they chirp for their mother.

Got presents to give people, need to finish up another birthday present. Make scrapbook stuff for the family. And I've been stuck to the com since I woke up. -_- Dumb facebook and its games. UGH.
